Hugh W. Oser, Jr. , D.D.S, having earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University, served as an officer in the United States Air Force performing general dentistry. For the last 24 years Dr. Oser has been in the private practice of General Dentistry. He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, and the OKU Honorary Dental Society. He also received a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry and is a member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He is only one of five dentists in Dallas who received his masters in the Academy of General Dentistry.
